I'd learned to manage. Reading rooms, overthinking conversations, recovering alone after social events. I thought everyone found it this hard.
Someone suggested I look into autism. I dismissed it. But I started reading—and thirty-plus years of “why am I like this?” made sense.
The information existed. Some strategies worked. But it took months to piece together across dozens of sources. Once I understood myself, there was nothing to help me use that understanding daily. That felt worth solving.
